Tasty hard cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk. In the DNA of the cheese there is lactic acid culture from both Denmark and Italy – the best of both worlds. Aromatic, full flavor with both saltiness and some sweetness. Stored at Vejle Ådal in Jutland.
